1. WINNER – Empty

After winning the survival show WIN: Who Is Next, WINNER made their official broadcast debut on August 17, 2014 with the song “Empty”. They became the fastest group to win first place in a music show, having won on August 21, 2014 on M!Countdown.

2. SHINee – Replay

SHINee made their debut with the song “Replay” on May 25, 2008 on SBS‘s Inkigayo. They won numerous awards that year such as “Rookie of the Month” at the Cyworld Digital Music Awards, “Best New Male Group” at the 10th Mnet Asian Music Awards, and “Newcomer Album Of The Year” at the 23rd Annual Golden Disk Awards.

3. Miss A – Bad Girl, Good Girl

Miss A debuted with the song “Bad Girl, Good Girl” on July 1, 2010. They achieved first place on Mnet‘s M!Countdown 21 days after their debut, becoming the fastest girl group to take the number one spot. They even won “Song Of The Year” at the 2010 Mnet Asian Music Awards.

4. iKON – MY TYPE

Boy group iKON made their debut on September 15, 2015 with the song “My Type”. On September 26, they won first place on MBC‘s Music Core.

5. T-ARA – Lie

Formed in 2009, T-ARA officially debuted on July 29 with the song “Lie”. Their first debut album Absolute First Album peaked at number two on Gaon Chart.

6. BLACKPINK – Whistle

BLACKPINK made a successful debut with the song “Whistle” on August 8, 2016. At that time, they were the fastest girl group to win number one on a music show, having achieved it only thirteen days after their debut.

7. Wanna One – Energetic
