Bong Joon Ho’s New “Fan T-Shirts” Were Inspired by BTS’s Logo Design

Bong Joon Ho’s fan t-shirts were BTS-inspired.

Neon, the American distributor of Bong Joon Ho‘s Parasite just released fan t-shirts for the famous director, but it hilariously imitated BTS‘s famous logo.

Regarding the new release, Neon announced, “20 years, 7 films, 4 Oscars, and 1 Bong Joon Ho. Here are the BJH t-shirts.

The t-shirts are all black with a logo resembling that of BTS but changed to look like film.

And instead of BTS, the t-shirts show off Bong Joon Ho’s initials, BJH, making it personally his.

But that’s not all. On the sleeves show Bong Joon Ho’s signature instead of the original design on BTS’s t-shirt.

And for the final touch, the back of the t-shirt even lists Bong Joon Ho’s great films including Barking Dogs Never Bite, Memories of Murder, Mother, Okja, and Parasite.

Due to both BTS and Bong Joon Ho’s success overseas, they were often compared for the international influence they’ve been making with their spectacular art.

As such, Bong Joon Ho’s parody t-shirts inspired by BTS, which is inevitably both clever and hilarious.

The t-shirts come in various sizes and are selling for $20 USD.
