BTS’s Jungkook Might As Well Be The God Of The Internet With 2 New Milestones

He really can’t be stopped anymore.

Recently, BTS maknae Jungkook earned the title of having the fastest tweet to reach over 1 million likes when he posted a cover of himself covering Lauv‘s “Never Not” and hit the record in 10 minutes. This post has also since become the sixth most-liked tweet ever on Twitter.

He had also matched a record with past U.S. President Barack Obama himself when he had 3 of his tweets hit 2 million likes back in April, already proving just how influential he is on the platform.

Now, however, he’s broken that record even further.

As of May 14, Jungkook has had a total ofΒ 5 of his tweets on BTS’s official Twitter hit 2 million likes!

Along with the “Never Not” cover, the other tweets to hit this milestone include a clip of him singing his own “Decalcomania”, a video of him dancing to Billie Eilish‘s “Bad Guy”, a series of selfies of him wearing glasses, and him showing off a new haircut.

Along with this milestone, however, Jungkook also has another accomplishment he can brag about. As of the first quarter of 2020, the golden maknae is the most-searched for K-Pop idol on GoogleΒ andΒ YouTube, a record that he also had in 2019 as well.

With all of these accomplishments, Jungkook basically only has himself for competition on internet record-breaking these days! It will be interesting to see if he can earn the title of most-liked tweet ever, which is pretty much the only title he hasn’t gained yet. Maybe ARMYs will help make it happen!
