BTS To Release New Japanese Track “Stay Gold”

Here’s everything we know about the upcoming release so far.

BTS is slated to release a new track, “Stay Gold“, as part of their 4th Japanese full-length album, on the 19th of June. On the 11th, BTS released a notification on their official Japanese fanclub, announcing the drop of their 4th album next month, while letting fans know that “Stay Gold” will be a pre-release premiering on the 19th at 6pm.

Stay Gold” is also part of the OST of TVTokyo‘s drama, “Spiral Labyrinth – DNA Science Investigation” (titled Rasen no Meikyū in Japan). The drama had plans to premiere in early April, however, due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, it had been pushed back and til now, the airing dates are unconfirmed.

BTS’s 4th full length Japanese album, MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 ~ THE JOURNEY ~ will be released on the 15th of July. Including “Stay Gold“, fans can expect a total of 13 tracks, such as Japanese originals, “Your Eyes Tell” as well as Japanese rehashes of their hits, “On“, “Black Swan“, “Boy With Luv“, “Fake Love“, “Idol“, “Dionysus” and many more.

Japanese Armies are eagerly anticipating this return as their last full length Japanese album, FACE YOURSELF, was released over 2 years ago in 2018 April.
