BTS’s Jungkook Breaks Record Set By BLACKPINK’s Jennie And Hyuna

“Euphoria” has soared to a new high on the Billboard Charts.

BTS‘s Jungkook has added another broken record to his list!

Ever since his solo “Euphoria” dropped in 2018, it has been soaring to the top of music charts, and its popularity shows no sign of waning.

Thanks to “Euphoria”, Jungkook is now the longest-charting solo K-Pop artist to chart on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart, having charted for 26 weeks! This record was previously held by BLACKPINK‘s Jennie with “Solo” (25 weeks) and Hyuna with “Bubble Pop” (25 weeks).

Other solo K-Pop artists to have previously charted high on this chart include: BIGBANG‘s Taeyang with “Eyes, Nose, Lips” (21 weeks) and “Ringa Linga” (16 weeks), Sunmi with “Gashina” (15 weeks), BIGBANG’s G-Dragon with “Crayon” (15 weeks), and “Crooked” (12 weeks), and Jimin with “Serendipity” (11 weeks). Jungkook’s 2020 solo, “My Time” has charted for 11 weeks.

In addition to breaking this chart record, “Euphoria” is the best-selling B-Side song in all of K-Pop, having sold over four million international copies. Listen to it here:
