(★BREAKING) Massive Fire Erupts In Seoul Close To BLACKPINK’s Dorm

29 fire trucks were called to the scene.

A massive fire erupted in the Mapo-gu neighborhood of Seoul this afternoon. It occurred at a construction site that’s located between Hongdae Station and Hapjeong Station.

The heavy smoke covered the skies as people quickly began evacuating the area.

29 fire trucks and 99 firefighters were called to the scene. They were finally able to extinguish the fire after 46 minutes.

According to the police, the construction workers were dismantling a 4m-high ceiling with an oxygen cutter when sparks landed on urethane, which started the fire. Two construction workers tried to put it out with a fire extinguisher, but the fire quickly spread and covered the site.
