TXT’s Taehyun Chooses The Moment In His Career That He Wants To Relive—Here’s Why It’s Special

He remembers it until now.

TXT‘s Yeonjun and Taehyun sat down for an interview with Eric Nam on the “Daebak Show.” They discussed everything from things about them that fans may not know about to who they’d bring to a deserted island.

They also touched on a sentimental topic: if they could go back in time, which memory would they choose to relive? For Taehyun, it was their debut showcase.

I’d like to do our debut showcase once again. Since it was held before the pandemic, it was my first time to perform in front of 2,000 or 3,000 people. And when it was over, all members came down from the stage and said exactly the same thing backstage: ‘I’d like to do it one more time.’

A lot has changed for Taehyun since then. While he used to be “super nervous” performing in front of a crowd, he now feels right at home on stage.

I was so nervous at that time. I’m barely even nervous on stage now, though. But back then, I felt like my heart was going to explode and I was super nervous at the thought that so many people were just looking at me. But I think that was the most thrilling moment of my life.

Yeonjun added that it was him who cried and not Taehyun. As the oldest member and the one who trained longest, it was a moment he waited years for.

Eric Nam: Did you cry a lot?

Yeonjun: Yes, I did…it was overwhelming.

It was definitely an event to remember for the both of them!
