X1’s Wooseok Set To Make Solo Debut Next Month

X1 fans have something to look forward to soon!

X1 may have sadly disbanded before their time, but fans of the group can be a little less upset now, as news of former member Wooseok‘s solo album has recently come out!

The date for the album’s release has been set for May 25, along with full-scale solo activities as an individual artist. He’s still technically a member of UP10TION as well, and this album comes over 5 years after his initial debut with the group with the song “SO, DANGEROUS”.

Last year, he took part in Produce x 101, where he ended up finishing in second place and thus secured his spot in the group made from the show, X1. Sadly, due to scandals and other issues, the group disbanded less than a year after they were created.

Wooseok has recently further proved his skills as a solo artist by participating on King of Masked Singer, where he made it into the third round of the competition. He also showed he’s multi-talented by being cast to play his first acting role in the web drama Twenty-Twenty for the role of Hyunjin.

Make sure to keep an eye out for more news of his solo debut!
