On a recent episode of SBS’s All The Butlers, dog trainer Kang Hyung Wook showed off his ability to understand dogs’ feelings just by observing their behavior.
After seeing his abilities, host Lee Seung Gi said, “I heard you’ve even tasted dogs’ poop before in order check their condition.”
In response, Kang Hyung Wook confessed, “When I was little, I wanted to become a dog trainer so badly that I wanted to know everything there was to know about them.”
It turns out that in the past, Kang Hyung Wook was so passionate about his dreams that he contemplated what more he could do to get closer to his goal.
After pondering about what more he could do to accumulate skills that other people didn’t have, he decided he would taste the poop of 80 different dogs.
As a result, Kang Hyung Wook tasted poop every day for a month and even recorded his findings.
But after studying the relationship between poop taste and their health condition, he came to the conclusion that all of their dog poop tastes the same, meaning no correlation was found.
With that much passion for dogs, it’s no wonder he’s where he is now as one of the most famous dog trainers in Korea.
