Soyou, known for her gorgeous and fit figure, recently revealed her lower body workout routine.
She started with leg press, which works your quad muscles, and did 3 sets of 20 reps.
She then moved on to torso rotations. Even though this is an ab exercise, Soyou revealed it’s still okay to do on lower body day for a more diverse workout. She performed 3 sets of 12 reps.
Next, she moved on to the hip abduction machine for her outer thighs and glutes, performing 3 sets of 15 reps.
She also did leg curls for her quads and performed 5 sets of 15 reps.
She moved on to a compound movement to work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, including the glutes and quads. She performed 3 sets of 20 reps of squats.
Lastly, she finished with cardio and chose to do 30 minutes on the stepper.
It’s no wonder she’s known as the queen of legs!
