“The World of the Married” Shim Eun Woo Explains Why She Still Wants to Get Married After Filming the Drama

On the other hand, Han So Hee recently confessed that she no longer wants to get married after starring in the drama.

Shim Eun Woo, who played the role of Min Hyun Seo in the record-breaking drama, The World of the Married, recently spoke in an interview with Hanguk Kyungjae about her current thoughts on marriage after acting in the show.

Shim Eun Woo might be world-famous now due to her role in the very popular drama, but she confessed that she failed so many auditions and went through a slump that she got a certificate in yoga.

Before I was cast for ‘The World of the Married’, I failed auditions and went through a slump which led to me taking yoga lessons. After my training, I even ended up getting my teaching certificate.

But once she landed her role in The World of the Married, she got an opportunity to act with the legendary Kim Hee Ae.

I was really nervous about acting with Kim Hee Ae. But when we filmed the scene when her character saved mine from the abusive boyfriend, we became close in real life, too. When you act with her, you feel the air around you change.

Lastly, Shim Eun Woo spoke up about her thoughts on marriage after acting in the drama covering affairs and broken marriages.

When asked if she wishes to stay single, Shim Eun Woo gave an unexpected response.

I’ve never thought about wanting to stay single. I just ended up thinking that I have to be more thoughtful about it.

She continued,

I think ‘The World of the Married’ allowed me to think about marriage from all sorts of different angles. It made me realize how important it is to nurture a healthy family.

This confession comes shortly after Han So Hee revealed that she no longer wants to get married after acting in the drama.
